Love Option Wedding Decoration

Do not recommend this wedding decor. They did not extend their service at all and simply took our deposit due to Covid. In addition, the person I was working with was quite careless. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

It's rare to be able to leave a review on Google after finishing this. I've been married for three years and I still can't believe this! I remember finding this company at a wedding expo in 2019, and I quickly chose them because I loved their rustic archetype, which suited my outdoor wedding perfectly. So I handed over the entire setup to them. Before the wedding, I went to their warehouse once to look at artificial flowers, to see which styles I liked. They took pictures of the ones I chose, and that's what we'd use. They also asked me what colors I liked and to choose a few as the main colors. I chose four colors in total, and mentioned that I really disliked pink roses but loved hydrangeas, asking them to definitely include them. They even wrote down my requirements on a separate order form. Okay, so, because I didn't get to see what kind of arch they had arranged before the wedding, on the wedding day, I actually saw 7-8 colors on the arch, including my least favorite pink roses! And the flowers I took photos of in the basement on the day were completely missing!! Also, the hydrangeas were nowhere to be seen. Since that arch was the main background drop, every photo showed flowers in seven different colors—it looked awful! I don't understand why, if they asked for flowers to be arranged, they took me to the basement to see and choose flowers on the day? And after seeing and choosing, they completely failed to do so. Extremely rude. Afterwards, I complained to them, but instead of offering a refund, they remained silent, saying they were sorry! So, fellow B2B enthusiasts, it's better to pay more and choose a second-hand shop!! Don't use them!
