AT Studio Prewedding Photography 婚妙攝影

We were so happy with AT's pre-wedding photos! So we went back to them for our big day photos too ❤️ The weather was terrible on the day of the pre-wedding shoot, it was raining, but Anson and Felix were very professional. The place they suggested turned out great, and they were so patient and gave us lots of professional advice, which made us feel very reassured. They didn't disappoint us at all. Even with the rain, their indoor sets were beautiful and had many options, and most importantly, they made us look gorgeous 🤭.

Just finished our pre-wedding photoshoot and picked out the pictures at AT! 😆

The photos are gorgeous, we love them even without any editing! The package, which included a car and all the photos, was such a great deal. Looking forward to picking up the album! 🫶🏻

So happy to have met Addison and Ken at the wedding expo! 😌 My fiancé and I think that besides the style of the photos, getting along with the photographer is also very important. We had a great chat with Addison at the expo, and thankfully, he taught us how to pose and made us laugh during the photoshoot! 😆 The weather was also amazing on the day of the photoshoot; we enjoyed ourselves from afternoon on High Street until night at AIA. 🫶🏻

Also, Ken... Funny and humorous, she gave us a lot of advice on the itinerary when we were discussing it, and when we went to choose photos, she didn't pressure us to pay extra for more pictures 🤣

A big thank you to makeup artist Tingting and assistant Ya Zheng 😌 Tingting did a beautiful makeup job for me, and my skin looks great, and she also gave me a lot of daily skincare advice 😌 Ya Zheng was super helpful on the day of the photoshoot, and even a week after the photos were taken, she made us several behind-the-scenes videos, which was a huge surprise!

Let me emphasize this three times: I highly, highly recommend AT Studio! I highly, highly recommend AT Studio! I highly, highly recommend AT Studio! We went to AT Studio for both our pre-wedding and big day. Let me start with the pre-wedding. Ken and Addison arranged the entire pre-wedding itinerary perfectly, being incredibly attentive and considerate to everyone. Of course, the photos turned out flawlessly! We spent the whole day shooting, visiting many different locations and taking photos in various styles, but we didn't feel tired at all, and the atmosphere was fantastic thanks to Ken and Addison's excellent communication skills. Also, a big thank you to our makeup artist, YY. She was incredibly meticulous in her makeup, even tailoring the look to our skin tone and texture. A special thank you to her! Oh, and it's worth mentioning that the staff who helped us with fittings and renting dresses were all incredibly kind and patient in finding suitable outfits for us. On the big day, Addison and her team demonstrated their professionalism, and there were also many professional makeup artists like YY. The big day was a bit chaotic due to the tight schedule, but the AT team was very helpful and cooperative. In conclusion, I highly recommend AT Studio; you'll know once you try it!

After having our wedding photos taken by AT, we joined the big day. Ken was incredibly nice and helpful throughout. Many thanks to Addison and Zheng for taking our wedding photos; their humor made me less nervous and they even taught me how to pose. Also, thank you to Kei and Zheng for managing the big day; the early morning shoot and late evening screening were very memorable, the photos are beautiful, and many friends and family members were very satisfied. Thank you to the professional AT team for making the whole wedding process pleasant and smooth!!

Would not recommend anyone to get any photos taken here because you would definitely be disappointed (especially at the high pricing of their package).

First off, their studio is run down. The backgrounds provided are limited, and frankly, shabby looking.

Second, the make up artists do not have any hygiene standards. Make up tools looks dirty and are not disinfected before they put it on each of us.

Third, if you hope to get back all the raw photos, they sell you the ridiculous package of $6000. (The package I originally bought was $2000+ which includes only 10 photoshopped photos & a photo album).

Forth, waiting time to get back the photos is ridiculously long, and they were not upfront about it when we paid for the package. First, you'll have to make an appointment (that is about 1 month later from photoshoot day) to view & choose the photos to be photoshopped.

On the day of appointment, I was told that i'll l have to wait ANOTHER 3 MONTHS just for them to edit the 10 photos. When asked if I could take the raw photos first, they said i'll have to pay another $100 for them to "burn the raw photos CD". (Apparently transferring photos into a CD-ROM worth $100. Wow.)

Fifth, standard of the photos are below expectations. Some are even slanted...

Sixth, sales person is definitely a very responsible employee. So much so that she doesn't know when to draw the line to stop selling. To sell different add-ons at every given opportunity is beyond annoying when the customer has obviously already paid so much.

I guess I would end off with a good point of the studio, the photographers and make up artists are friendly. You can say they have good customer service. Just not good enough overall.
