🍎WooHoo🇫🇷INTERFEL is back in Hong Kong!🍎

So happy to have the opportunity to participate in INTERFEL's Chef's Republic experience! 😍 INTERFEL's Market Export Manager, Daniel Soares, and Michelin-starred chef Charles Soussin showcased the appeal of French apples through a cooking workshop. 💞

We also got to taste two delicious dishes prepared by Chef Soussin! 😋 These included poached and boiled chicken breast, both cooked in apple juice and served with a sauce made from cream and basil pesto. 💟 For dessert, we had caramelized apples 🍎 first boiled and then marinated in butter, served with apples made from dried fruit and honey oatmeal! This also highlights the diversity of French apples 😍 They can be caramelized, whipped into cream, or used as a cooking sauce 😚

Producing large quantities of high-quality apples 🍎 Of the more than a thousand apple varieties available in the world today, France cultivates nearly 100 😋 The five most common French apple varieties in Hong Kong include Royal Canin, Emerald Apple, Golden Delicious, Pink Lady, and Juliet 🍎🍎
