Food:
Tried their cha xiu. It tasted nice but its portion was lacking. Their 牛魔王 cha xiu was an interesting dish that tasted exquisite, though a bit pricy.

Service:
Their waiters were attentive and polite in general. They also helped introduce and explain certain key dishes and their current discount. Nothing too special, but at an above average standard.

Atmosphere:
Since it was a weekday at night, the venue was mostly vacant with very few patrons. It was quite, giving a pleasant dining experience.

P.s. Their 1000 dollars discount 500 was very nice.

Please sink this place. How can you serve suckling pig in Hong Kong with skin that’s rubbery and tough? Cutting it with scissors instead of using a decent knife (probably the knife won’t go through it). Rubbery overcooked prawns, without flavour. All the dishes have no flavour at all. Fried rice without ‘wok hee’ is quite an achievement.

The location is spacious, probably because most locals would avoid it. The service doesn’t know how to hold plates to serve food. This place is as the Rolls Royce parked on the front. Once great, but now just a tiny sliver of its glory.

The highlight of the dinner were the toothpicks. These were on point.

Our first visit to this "new" Club One premise. Spacious, & generally service is good & courteous. Food quality is good but pricy, even with the 20% membership discount (as private Club, they still charge 10% service charge, kind of defeated the purpose of the 20% member's discount?). Structurally-wise, 3½ floors, ground floor is reception area with 2 wings of private rooms (observed all were empty); 1st floor is opened for business & is comfortable; 2nd floor was closed; 3rd floor linked to an open roof top garden, presumed catered for ceremonial parties (wedding...). At such rate, most of the facility was quite idle. The administration may consider lowering its pricing to attract more traffic? Need more promotions, or it may be difficult to balance the book on a long run....

Has a car park. It has really beautiful statues and bridge and there’s a park on the the car park.

When I was there, I was unfortunate to arrive a bit late and the last order was at 2:30. When we asked the staff where the restaurant is, we had no idea that we missed the last order as the staff didn’t tell us. When we got out, we saw the sign about the last order which is in the corner of the door.

On the third day of the year of the Pig, we, a party of extended relations of 13 persons had a New Year celebration dinner here. The venue is highly accessible whether on foot (if you live in City One) or by private car (as there are ample covered or open-air parking lots -$20/h or complementary 2-hours for customers). While decor, food presentation and service fare better than the traditional Hong Kong Cantonese style dishes, subscribed Members can get a good discount!
