Booked an appointment to view this location to have the organizer not show up. The venue looks extremely run down compared to the online photos. The banquet hall is extremely narrow.

The location itself was beautiful with a romantic atmosphere and I would give it a five star for that part. However, the service and the food at the ClubOne was horrifying. Perhaps because most of the servers are part-time, they were rushing through their job the entire night. Plates sending to the table close to Cha Chaan Tang style. We also got unlucky where the server hit one of the red wine glasses on the table when serving, spilling the entire glass onto our friend's white dress pants! Worse off, she did not even bother to follow-up and continued on serving rest of the dishes. It was until 20+ mins later, when we had to go look for other servers for help (there was no on-site manager to be found) before the issue was addressed. They simply used tissue paper to cover up the drenched table cloth and chair. It was very unpleasant experience all and all. Would not recommend if you are looking for a place with higher quality service or food.

A beautiful venue for wedding with a nice view of the beach. A small outdoor area is provided as the venue for the wedding ceremony in which at most 30 guests can be served. But it may look a bit small indoors. The setting is a long rectangular one. It makes the guests difficult to see what is on the stage. Besides, the food provided is just fair. The staff are generally very helpful and polite.

We had our wedding party here and the environment is nice in daytime with sunlight. The staff is friendly but the service is a little bit slow..
