A great collection of gowns and the staff was super patient and knowledgeable, and really knew how to fit the dress so it looks best on you. At no point did I feel rushed, and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff here is definitely one of the best :)

The lady who helped me was very kind and put a lot of effort but there were a number of problems that arose.

1) After selecting dresses on the iPad, she ended up suggesting a few for me to try on rather than trying the ones I tagged. Ended up not trying any dresses I initially wanted.

I’d suggest bring a friend and be certain about what you want from a dress or else you can easily get swept up in the try ons. I wouldn’t come here if it’s your first dress shop or if you’re casually shopping around.

2) She was not upfront about the terms and conditions upon payment. Be sure to ask before you pay! They also ask you to sign it when you pay but I haven’t had that experience at any other shop.

3) Most bridal shops also ask for a deposit if you want to put it on hold. Other shops have asked for $500 deposit to hold for a week but I was offered $2000 here. She also seemed to make the amount up on the spot.

Overall, I didn’t end up getting a dress here but it’s worth checking out if you want to see their dress collection. Just be careful and don’t get suckered into paying anything if you’re not hundred percent sure!

Excellent customer service from the team. I have been to a few bridal shops in HK and this has been one of the best experience. The team listens and also put in effort to recommend what is in style. Many shops i went to hadn’t bother giving a helping hand. They allow photos and videos once you have tried them on, which is so important so you can think over it. The prices are also very reasonable. They are also not pushy and hard sale like shops i have been before.

I would highly recommend this shop to any future brides.
