You are greeted by the most helpful and grateful staff in the world who are so enthusiastic it's mind boggling. I wish I could give more stars to the service but here we are. The gym has almost everything my local gym has but with a better modern twist to them.
Finally the room itself was a harbour view for me and despite the weather it was truly exceptional. An experience I will definitely treasure.

I went into my stay at the W Hong Kong expecting the usual trendy, high-energy luxury vibe, but what I actually got completely blew me away. The level of service and immaculate attention to detail here is next level.

Right from the first entry, the vibe was set by the incredible guys at the ground floor Anywhere/Anytime desk. They were so incredibly kind, greeting me warmly the second I arrived and literally every single time they saw me throughout my stay.

That hospitality carries all the way up. The hotel hooks you with these super cool thoughtful touches, like the screens on the lift floors that light up and change their greeting depending on the time of day. It’s a small thing, but it made me smile every single time. The rooms are seriously spacious, and the shower has amazing water pressure, which is a massive plus for me. Turndown service was another highlight—coming back to find my slippers perfectly aligned and chocolates waiting for me felt incredibly premium.

For views, WOOBAR is stunning and the perfect spot for a drink. The swimming pool up on level 76 is beautiful with great views, though it is worth noting that a chunk of the vista is blocked by the massive ICC building where their sister hotel is. As for breakfast? Easily one of the best out there. They even serve sorbet, which was amazing!

What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Huge shoutouts to the rest of the team who looked after me: Suman gave me a fantastic, seamless check-in. Kevin provided stellar, attentive service during breakfast. Jerry at the omelette station is an absolute joy—not only does he make a killer omelette, but he treats customers with genuine concern and intent. And a big thank you to Pauline Yip, who was kind enough to extend my checkout time.

That being said, there are two weak points that need serious looking into. First, the AC is very weak when the sun is beating directly into the room; it just couldn't keep up with the heat. Second, the actual checkout process was much slower than usual, which unfortunately put me in a massive rush and made me late for my flight.

Overall, it’s an 8.5/10. Even with the AC issue and the checkout delay, the exceptional hospitality here makes it a standout. Would definitely return!

I had an amazing experience at the W Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and every member of the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer stunning views of Hong Kong. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a luxurious and relaxing stay.

One of the highlights was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Had a wonderful one-night stay at W Hong Kong and it has easily become one of my favourite hotels in the city.

We were upgraded to a Wonderful Room with a sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-appointed, the minibar was thoughtfully arranged, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom also featured excellent water pressure. While a few fixtures showed some signs of wear, the room remained comfortable and well maintained overall.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We also enjoyed welcome drinks and bar snacks at WOOBAR. The complimentary olives and nuts were surprisingly memorable and paired perfectly with the drinks. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, making it a great place to unwind.

Breakfast at Kitchen was another highlight. The buffet offered an impressive selection with excellent quality throughout. The live noodle and egg stations were particularly enjoyable, and the buffet presentation was beautifully executed. Most importantly, the staff were warm, friendly and attentive.

Overall, W Hong Kong delivered a stylish, comfortable and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. A hotel I would gladly return to on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Our two-night stay at the W Hong Kong was exceptional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the team had assigned us a suite ahead of our arrival—a gesture we truly appreciated. The room was impeccably maintained and made our stay incredibly comfortable.

Highlights of our stay:

Dining: Breakfast was wonderful with an impressive variety of options and great flavors.

Location: You can’t beat the convenience. Arriving from Shenzhen by train and departing for the airport was seamless. The direct access to the MTR and the Elements mall (with endless shopping and dining) right downstairs is a huge plus.

The hotel is maintained very well, though you can tell the property is starting to age slightly. While our room was spotless and aesthetically perfect, there was a minor stale scent due to the building's age. However, this didn't take away from a fantastic overall experience. We look forward to returning!
