The overall experience is at its finest!
From the baggage staff to the friendly receptionist, every encounter was filled with warmth and professionalism. The team at SkyCity Bistro made dining a joy, and even the maintenance staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

It was truly a warm and memorable experience, one that makes you look forward to coming back again. The staff’s superb service sets this hotel apart and makes every visit feel special.

Absolute nightmare. I arrived at 8pm and they couldn’t not check me in or give me a room because the staff didn’t know how. It took over an hour and a half to get a key and get into my room.

I had an early flight the next morning and didn’t get nearly as much sleep as I needed as a result. It was the worst display of incompetence at a hotel that I’ve seen in a long long time.

As a titanium elite, I choose Marriott so I can have a smooth stay with some benefits. Choosing this hotel ruined my entire journey.

The rooms are also really moldy and the whole property is just disgusting. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

We hosted our wedding at the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel a year ago, and we are still incredibly grateful for the experience. Vivian Tang, the Assistant Director of the Event Booking Centre, was absolutely phenomenal. From day one, Vivian guided us through the entire wedding planning process with utmost professionalism, patience, and care. She made sure our big day went flawlessly.

Fast forward to today, Vivian went above and beyond once again by arranging wonderful facilities and special touches for my wife and me to celebrate our one-year anniversary. Her exceptional service and genuine warmth make this hotel truly special. Thank you, Vivian, for making our milestones so memorable!

Quite a pleasant stay. The room, service and ambiance were very good. The breakfast is amazing. The location is good if you need to be near the airport. And the hotel is a very short walk over a covered walkway to the train (subway). But you have to take a train ride to get to downtown hong kong

Excellent hotel, especially if you need to stay near the airport. Location is super convenient — just minutes from Hong Kong International Airport and close to AsiaWorld-Expo, which makes it perfect for business travelers or short layovers.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing is impressive — you barely hear any planes despite being so close to the airport.
Service was professional and efficient. Staff was helpful with everything from check-in to transportation.
Facilities are solid — good gym, nice pool, and overall a calm atmosphere compared to the busy city center.
Great option if you want comfort and convenience without going into downtown Hong Kong. Would definitely stay again.
