Nina Hotel Kowloon East

Stayed here May 10-17 of 2026. It’s a very nice-looking hotel and super luxurious especially for its price.

It has a good set of amenities such as rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city which was the main selling point for me (although it was disappointing that it was closed when I stayed there). There is also a restaurant, a gym, and a lounge.

The rooms were spacious, nice, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable although housekeeping could’ve been better. I noticed a lot of minor things such as unclean cups in the bathroom, and a stain on my comforter and the occasional hair or two. Housekeeping seemed to do a lazy job and would leave things like doors open and pillows off to the side.

Service was unfriendly and hotel staff was condescending at times.

The location was decent. It’s an industrial area that seems to be redeveloping into a touristic district and garbage on the streets is common. The neighborhood is very walkable and has a lot of restaurants, a mall, and a nice park nearby. The hotel is just a block away from an MTR station. Which was super convenient unless you have a lot of luggage. The hotel was right across the street from a 7/11 and a noodle restaurant which was also very handy.

Overall, great hotel, I personally didn’t mind the location, but service needs to improve. Would heavily consider returning though.

A very decent hotel and reasonably priced by HK standards. To get to the hotel take the A29 bus from the airport to Ngau Tau Kok. It's inexpensive and there are no changes needed. To get to the hotel, use the bridge through Millenium city.

One negative is that there's no room service. But there are plenty of restaurants in the area covering a range of cuisines.

I booked 5 reservations with this hotel from Mar to May 2026. I booked this hotel because I had a satisfactory stay last November. On my 2nd stay (Mar 27 to Apr 06), I arrived late at 11:00pm. The receptionist claimed that she could not find my reservation, until I show her my booking confirmation. She argued that Agoda booking did not have my middle name, therefore, she could not find my booking (I highly doubt about that, as I did not have problem on my first visit). On my 3rd visit (Apr 09 to Apr 13), I was assigned Room 1511. The room had a unpresent smell when I first entered; and I needed to turn the air conditioning to high for one day in order to get rid of it. There was mold in the shower area, event in the ceiling of the shower. The air conditioning is noisey. The temperature of the shower was not steady after 3-4 minutes of use. I am having another two bookings to this hotel in coming May. Hope the situation will improve and I can update this review.

Odd to have a 5 stars hotel in an industrial area. Spacious room. Most importantly quiet and clean for good night sleep. Buses to all locations and MTR are minutes walk. Only that stop for 61X coming to the hotel is over 10 minutes walk but it's minor. Lots of bikers in the hotel. I am currently here for 2 weeks and just extended my stay for another week. This hotel is bang for the buck.

Recently stayed at Nina Hotel Kowloon East and had an outstanding experience thanks to Front Office Manager Denise. From the moment I arrived, she delivered service that was not only professional but genuinely caring and attentive.
Denise anticipated my needs, handled my requests efficiently, and made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. Her warm personality and dedication to guest satisfaction really set her apart. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such sincere hospitality — Denise is definitely one of them.
