The room is spacious and the location is good very close to MTR station. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They provide services efficiently and satisfactorily. Near the hotel there is a huge modern mall that is the exact location of the MTR station with lots of restaurants and shops. You can also actually walk to Aberdeen which is a place with bustle and hustle and enjoy local food there.

Very clean and still looking new. Nice and tasteful furnishings. Great service. I enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast spread may not be as wide variety as other hotels but it is sufficient. Pool is slightly small though.

The room was great and smell nice, the housekeeping really are pay attention to a small details such as me running out of my toothpaste and adding extra toothpaste besides my leftovers one. The hotel lobby smells good as well. Will come back.

Perfect base for our family trip to HK. Travelling with kids, we wanted a decent base for our 9 day stay and this ticked all the boxes with its roomy 2-bed family suite complete with lounge / diner / kitchenette, 2 decent sized bathrooms, and stunning views out over the harbour (well worth the upgrade to harbour view). Loads of lovely touches like proper blackout blinds which helped us the first few days when we were a bit jet lagged, a coffee machine with a good supply of pods that were topped up daily, bathrobes, slippers, wonderfully comfy oversized beds, full sized ironing board and iron, very good hairdryer, and some lovely little treats for our kids on departure. The hotel was kept to a very high standard and the room was cleaned every day. We used the rooftop pool and sun deck a couple of times - which was bigger than we were expecting and had stunning views from the 35th floor! The staff were wonderful - just so helpful and friendly. We really didn’t want to leave. And 10/10 for the restaurant which prepared a very memorable first night dinner. What a great welcome to the city. Perfect location, close enough to the action just 2 stops on the MTR from Admiralty with the MTR station at the end of the road, but tucked away enough to provide a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle. We cannot wait to come back and will definitely be booking here again. It’s now our Hong Kong home!

Three stars all around. Check in didn’t give a phone call to see if we could get in early even when room was already ready. Elevators are too small, bed is too firm but nice pillows and comfortable comforter. 12 minutes walk from MTR, narrow industrial road to walk to MTR ( I wouldn’t bring our kids to the Arca). No playgrounds near by - Marriott is connected to MTR and pool in the middle and ocean park right next to it so I would bring our kids next time there. This hotel is suitable for 20s-30s with bay view room. I wouldn’t even stay here without the sea view room otherwise it’s just not worth it at all. There are also no nearby restaurants unlike other hotels we stayed at in hk where restaurants are everywhere below or connected to your hotel. We did food delivery after a long day and didn’t even eat at the Arca due to the disappointing selection of breakfast and stale food. Amenities in bathroom also need upgrading- it’s not good for sensitive skin. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Some employees are more attentive than others. For hk hotels standard this would be 3/5. 2.5 in bathroom (needs maintenance) 5/5 design decor 5/5 housekeeping 2/5 breakfast buffet 3/5 staff 3/5 location
