Apathetic and condescending owner. Our friend got stuck in the elevator when she was leaving early, we called them, no one picked up, we called the building management, they DIDNT call the firefighters. We had to call them ourselves. We talked to the owner on a call and we honestly weren’t looking for a huge compensation or anything but her attitude was so bad. She told us “in the 3 years of business they’ve never had this happen” and “in her 30 years of life she hasn’t been stuck in an elevator”. Which not only was it so unprofessional and condescending, it didn’t even help the situation to where our friend was stuck in the lift for 45 minutes. Would not recommend and absolutely avoid.

My friend was trapped in the elevator but the owner refused to refund an hour of the venue, and she tried to minimise the situation and was condescending. We had to call the fire department by ourselves.

Very irresponsible owner. Our friend got stuck in the lift, management called a third party lift company - NOT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. Friend was stuck inside for 40-50 mins. Owner was extremely condescending about the whole situation saying “I’ve never been stuck in a lift my whole 30 years”, instead of actually apologising or compensating

The Snug Team has been patient and attentive with us throughout the booking process. Our group of 20 + 1 furry baby age ranging from 1 to 80 yrs old all had a great time. Four hours was definitely not enough to go through the varieties of board games available. The party room was spacious and clean. Though the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning.

We had some technical difficulties turning on the Nintendo Switch and the team didn’t leave us hanging. So glad we found this safe space for toddlers, teen and our elderly to hang out.

A perfect place for party with pets! Cozy and neat environment, providing mahjong, bouncy castle, switch, karaoke and lots of well kept board games. Particularly appreciate the clean restrooms here :)
