Thank you so much for helping us plan and coordinate the wedding of our dreams. Living in the US, we were worried about planning from different timezones but you both were incredible throughout the entire process - from getting to know us as a couple on the first intro call to setting up meetings with different vendors to the final call with our wedding party one week prior to the big day.

On our actual wedding day, everything ran so seamlessly, which is a true credit to your coordination, experience, and attention to detail. Our guests also commented on how well thought out the entire day felt as there was always something happening for them and everything flowed. This made the experience enjoyable and stress-free not just for us, but for everyone attending.

We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with and we can’t wait to work with The Theme Wedding on future events.

Dear Isaac and Vicky,

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service you provided us over the past year.

The Theme Wedding was recommended to me by my sister’s friend, which made us feel confident in your team from the very beginning.

During our first Zoom meeting, we were impressed by Isaac’s professionalism and calm demeanour, especially in how patiently he spoke to us as a couple who was inexperienced in wedding planning.

As the preparations progressed, Isaac consistently guided us in meeting deadlines without showing any signs of impatience, even when we were a bit reactive. The vendors on his lists are all excellent, and it was difficult to choose between them. The vendors on his list were all excellent, and we often managed to make final decisions in just one day, saving us a lot of time and hassle.

We both felt anxious as the big day approached, particularly Kelvin, regarding his groom’s speech. He shared that Isaac proactively offered to prepare cue cards for him, including the declaration of love and vow statements. This seemingly small gesture meant a lot to Kelvin, as it helped him deliver his statements more confidently and comfortably, especially since he was not used to speaking in formal Cantonese.

On the day of the wedding, the organisation was impeccable; almost every stage of the event ran ahead of or on schedule. Our guests even commented on how smoothly everything went. The reassurance of having Isaac and his two assistants present helped boost our confidence, allowing us both to truly enjoy our wedding. Hats off to the Three Musketeers!
